5 Whys - root cause analysis

Before we embarked on our MIT Kickstart Hui we were tasked to unpack some assumptions about the challenge we had identified. 

We were assigned a MIT colleague to assist us to dig deeper into our problem.  This was the first time we were able to interact directly with our fellow MITer's. I was great to get some idea of the focus of their projects and work collaboratively to expand our understandings of these issues. I asked questions of Nick Gray, from New Brighton Catholic School and Anna Beavis (Waitara East Primary School) posed the following questions to me.
