Design Thinking - Empathy
The first session on Saturday invited us to see our problem/challenge from the perspective of parents, but the next exercise saw us walk in the shoes of those in our classrooms who experience this challenge on a daily basis.
We worked in pairs to enact the problem as it presents itself in everyday learning situations. I was paired with Anna. As we discussed our problems and came up with our role plays it was another opportunity to unpack these issues. This exercise really helped to formulate my poster which asked some specific questions about the learner experience.
What does your user do?
What does your user say?
What does your user think?
What does your user feel?
